Before making a contribution please make sure that the following statements are true and accurate.
1) I am a United States Citizen or permanent resident alien.
2) I am at least 18 years old.
3) I am not a sole source contractor (or related to a sole source contractor) that has a sole source contract with a Colorado governmental entity. A sole source contractor defined by Article XXVIII, section 15 and section 17 of the Colorado Constitution is an officer, director, trustee or person who controls at least 10% of the shares or interest in a non-governmental entity that has a sole source contract with a Colorado governmental entity.
4) This contribution is made with my own funds and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
5) This contribution is not made from the treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.
The Democratic Senate Campaign Fund is an initiative of the Colorado Democratic Party, www.coloradodems.org. All contributions to the Democratic Senate Campaign Fund are aggregated with contributions to the House Majority Project and the Colorado Democratic Party and are limited to $2,825 per calendar year for individuals, sole proprietorships, LLPs, LLCs and state PACs, and $14,225 per calendar year for Small Donor Committees. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign governments, and non-U.S. citizens are prohibited. Contributions are not tax deductible.
